The NoHo Actors' Studio is a multi-faceted facility consisting of three studios that provide professional space for performances, rehearsals, casting, classes, film/video shoots, and film screenings. The theatre is located in the very heart of the NoHo Arts District and is within easy walking distance of the Metro Red Line and several fine restaurants. There are 3 rest rooms in the facility, as well as central air and heat. There is a public parking lot behind the building with 75 short and long term parking spaces.

Founded in 1993 at the corner of Lankershim and Magnolia, The NoHo Actors Studio was one of the first performance spaces to open in the newly inaugurated NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood.
